West Yellowstone Junior National Qualifier (JNQ) February 12 – 15, 2009

Races are at Rendezvous Ski Trails, stadium located ¼ mile from parking area. 

Schedule

Departure:   Thursday, February 12

LOAD Vans BBO - at 1:10 pm                      DEPART BBO at 1:30 pm

Practice Day:  Friday, February 13

Inspect Courses (have skate and classic skis scraped when departing Boise)     

Wax Skate skis

Evening BBNT Team Meeting

9:30 In Rooms/ 10:00 Lights Out

Saturday, February 14,

9:00  Race Start Freestyle sprint J6-OJ boys then girls    

Wax Classic skis

6:30 Banquet

Evening BBNT Team Meeting

9:30 In Rooms/ 10:00 Lights Out

Sunday, February 15

9:00 Interval Start Classic

J5 & 6 – 1km, J4 – 2km, J3 – 3km, J2, J1/OJ Girls – 5km, J1/OJ Boys - 10km

Intermountain Junior National team will be announced 1 hour after the last JNQ finisher.  There will be a BBQ while we wait, please bring $5 if you would like to eat.

Return to Boise:  late.  We will call when @ 45 minutes out.

Entry Fees:

J2 and Older: $40   ($20 per event)

Novice, J3’s and younger: $24  ($12 per event)

Lodging & Meals: $200

Transportation: $33

Coaching: $5

Banquet: $12

Total: J2 and Older = $290

Total: Novice and J3’s and Younger = $ 274

***Not staying with the team =  Entry fee $,Coaches $, Banquet $ if coming (Let Scott know asap) – We will register you and have your bib…Please be at the Stadium: 1 hour before your start.  Call me on my cell with questions during the weekend.  Note: Cells will not work at race course.
