Assistant Devo Coach:
Mary Corrick
Mary skied on the Bogus Basin Nordic Team for 5 years. She also loves running cross-country for Boise High School. She is excited to work with young skiers and will help Jessica keep it fun and organized for the Devos this season! Mary’s favorite racing moment was sprinting through a gauntlet of moose in Jackson Hole. In the off-season, she can be seen frequenting baseball parks around the Northwest, in hopes of catching a homerun ball.
Wax/Race Coach:
Mike Matteson
Mike grew up skiing for Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation and competed at several Junior National Cross Country Ski Championships for the Intermountain Team, with top five and top ten finishes. He is a graduate of The Community School, has skied and studied at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage and is now a pre-med student at Boise State University. Mike has great rapport with young skiers. His nickname, “Glue,” says it all. Mike’s knowledge of the distinctly different Intermountain race venues will be a real asset this season.
